What we learned, written down properly.
The durable half of the writing. Specific things we found out building on MCP and running a company with an AI operator, written for somebody doing the same thing rather than for somebody deciding whether to buy anything.
Every note carries a Where this stops working section, and it is a required field rather than a habit. A piece that never says where it stops working is an advertisement wearing a lab coat.
